Refund Policy

BeaIQ provides subscription-based access to marketing analytics software. Because our services are delivered digitally and activated immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise, and we are committed to fair resolution of refund requests.

General Policy

All subscription fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed. This policy applies to all subscription plans (Basic and Enterprise) and all billing cycles (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual).

Why Refunds Are Not Available

Our services are digital and immediately accessible upon subscription. Once you create an account and access our platform, you have received the full value of the service for that billing period. Additionally, our subscription model relies on predictable revenue to maintain and improve the platform.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to all features until the end of the period you have already paid for. No refunds will be issued for the remaining time in your current billing period.

Exceptional Circumstances

While our standard policy is no refunds, we may consider refund requests in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Duplicate charges due to technical errors
  • Unauthorized use of your payment method
  • Service unavailability for an extended period (more than 48 hours) that prevents you from using the service
  • Billing errors on our part

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the charge date and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, please contact us at support@beaiqanalytics.com with your account information and a detailed explanation of the circumstances.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute a charge with your payment provider without first contacting us, your account may be immediately suspended or terminated. We encourage you to contact us first so we can work together to resolve any issues.

Subscription Changes

If you upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan, the change will be prorated and applied to your next billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Upgrades take effect immediately, with the difference charged prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle.

Processing Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
